Your typical story about a girl from our world pulled into the Pokémon world . . . or is it?

Hillaree, known by her friends as the "Mewtwo Queen," is suddenly taken to a world where Pokémon are real. She is told she will be returned home when she is ready. What could that mean? Well, since she's going to be there a while, she might as well catch some Pokémon!

A Pokémon Fan Comic written and drawn by Vye Brante. Rated Teen for some violence/fighting, blood, and death.

I knew it would happen. I knew once I drew Giovanni's face, I would not be satisfied with it. I wasn't sure how the transition would go with putting him into my style. It's not as horrible as it could have been at least . . . but I'm not sure about it either.

I actually thought he'd appear in Just Mewtwo first, seeing as his appearance is only a few pages away there. But I haven't been able to work on it for a while so he's appeared here first now. Hopefully I can start that up again soon . . .

Also, Scizor is hard to draw. I kinda like how it came out though. When I was about to draw its wings, I remembered in the Anime they could be folded up completely. At least I think so. Even if they can't be, it's a good excuse not to draw them. Heh.

I hope the transition to Giovanni there wasn't too awkward. It shouldn't be but I never know. And if it wasn't completely obvious, Team Rocket is behind the Aerodactyl attacking the city.

Good job! I could tell that it was Giovanni, and I haven't watched the anime for years. He looks a bit younger though. Is he?

XD You know, just as a random comment, I was watching Pokemon this morning, and on the "Who's that Pokemon?!" they had Scizor. It was an old episode, so yeah...Go Scizor!

This is more to piggyback off of the arguements we had earlier, on the Gag Strip, but I might as well say them.

Mewtwo CAN lift a lake, but could he use an attack that has over 600,000,000 joules of energy? NO HE CANNOT!!!!!!!! ^_^ Bass can.

As for the Mew/Mewtwo discussion, that is a tough one. Another arguement to say that Mewtwo's stronger is to say the he was designed for battle, while Mew is natural. However, we must also take into account tha Mew never takes anything seriously. He's like a child, in many ways. So I think, even when it appears he battles seriously, he never does. But I do admit, Mewtwo is incredibly powerful, and there are ways of him being stronger. ^_^ But Mew's just TOO CUTE!!!!!!!!!!

@TheRingmaster: Yeah, I am aware of just how powerful both Mewtwo and Bass are. I have seen both movies that have Mewtwo in them, and I have the Megaman NT Warrior mangas (up to #8), so I am aware of just how powerful both of them are, and I know both of their backstories by heart. No, seriously I do, creepy, huh? Oh, and yes, Mew is abosolutely adorable! <3
P.S. Instead of saying he can produce over 600,000,000 joules of energy, couldn't you of said that he could virtually vaporize an entire city? That would be easier to understand.

Giovanni, I think, has more broad shoulders and is a little bit of a hunch. He doesn't have that look of a tyrant as a smaller sort of person.

@TheRingmaster and Ultima, I was actually referring to the classic Bass, back when Megaman was about robots, not computer programs.

@Phoenix, This is a hand-drawn comic. If you mean the sprites I used for the guest gag, I made those myself.

TheRingmaster: 600,000,000 joules? What the heck is a joule? For all we know, it amounts to like 5 watts. Ha ha.

And Mewtwo is way cuter than Mew.

It's funny that you saw that episode and then here's a Scizor in the comic. Quite the coincidence. Neat.

Ultima the God: I know Mewtwo's story by heart. I can pretty much quote the movies word per word. Yes, Mew is cute but Mewtwo is cuter.

Mewtwo could destroy a city if he wanted to. He just doesn't want to. Happy birthday in two days!

Phoenix of Chaos: Yeah, if you want sprites, I'm the wrong person to talk to. I know nothing about spriting. Nothing. Talk to CursedBluto if you want them. But glad you want to do another!

CursedBluto: I have a problem making shoulder wide enough. And I draw everyone sloutching. I know what you mean though. Just hard for me. Maybe I'll figure it out . . .

A joule is a measurement of energy, and it is very small, so we tend to use kilojoules instead. 600 million joules would still be a hell of a lot of energy though...

Giovanni will always remain my favourite of the Pokemon villains. Probably because he was the original.

Oranges_and_Pears: Heh, I like Giovanni better in the manga than I do the anime. (But then, what don't I like better in the manga than the anime?) But I like Giovanni a lot. One of my favorite gym leaders. May be just because of his connection to Mewtwo.

Yeah, Ash sucks.

Joshua: I figured a joule was energy. Just wondered how that compaired to real standards.

Sol: Yeah, I like him too. I do protray him a little differently than other comics and stuff though, so we'll see how that goes.

Yeah, I always did feel more for Giovanni then for any of othe other Pokemon syndicate leader, and yeah, it's probably because of senority.

Teams I personally think Teams are overused. Sure, my comic has the teams from the 1st 3 generations, but the main villian is SOLO and another character's d- *slaps hand over mouth*

I sympathize with how hard it is to draw GiovanniI've been practicing him for his eventual appearance in my comic, but he's just so hard to make look /right/. You did a pretty good job considering.
