Hillaree, known by her friends as the "Mewtwo Queen," is suddenly taken to a world where Pokémon are real. She is told she will be returned home when she is ready. What could that mean? Well, since she's going to be there a while, she might as well catch some Pokémon!

A Pokémon Fan Comic written and drawn by Vye Brante. Rated Teen for some violence/fighting, blood, and death.

So Hillaree . . . These last few pages have been typical Hillaree through and through. It's been funny for me . . . not sure how funny for you guys who may not notice. She sees a Kuri dressed how she is and dubs her "Weirdo," and sticks to it. She isn't impressed at all with Kuri's insight and abilities. And when told something odd, she doesn't ask about it, just assumes it to be crazy talk and gets out of there.

So very Hillaree.

. . . Two souls, huh? Hm . . .

Kuri's realization/confusion that Hillaree doesn't know might seem weird, taken from the perspective that she doesn't understand what Ponyta just said. But Kuri was able to tell that Hillaree didn't know because of her reaction to what she said. She senses that kind of thing. Yup.

Long comment. Sorry. On an art note, I really like Kuri in that second panel. and I love Hillaree's expression in the third. Slight, (very slight,) improvement on Ponyta as well. Maybe that's just me though.

Anyway, consider this Part 1 of a late Christmas present. I thought I would have it up earlier but was busier than I thought I'd be. Stay tuned for more! (Most of you are asleep, so just enjoy.)

Heh, yeah. Like I've said from the very beginning, I suck at hands. I didn't even try to hide it in the first panel.

That mean you like the third panel though? Hope so. I do.
