And another. We return to the Pokemon Center to check in on Spyro and the gang briefly. There will be a bit of switching around this chapter, as usual. It'll be going around faster to start out with. I hope you can keep up.

I still can't draw Boltz very well. I'll get it someday. Fun to draw Spyro and Jaws again though. Backgrounds. UGH. Only now do I see how much they don't make a lot of sense. (That's usually how it goes.) Let's go back to the forest where backgrounds are easier!

Another week of updates, woo! Got another set of pages drawn. I should probably draw some more I guess . . . See you Wednesday!

Spyro isn't happy.

Gasp! It's Spyro! I was happy to see Spyro in the preview.

By the way, is that Zen finishing his sentence in that box on the top?

Poor Hazel. She can't tell what they're saying.

Well glad to see spyro and the gang again^^.

Yay, we see the pokemon again!

Ahem. To work now...

Panel 1: Spyro's arm is seperate from the rest of his body and is somehow floating in mid-air. Do you use construction lines for your drawings? If you don't, that could be a MAJOR source to the problems in your drawings.

Panel 2: Not much to say here except if I did some serious nit-picking(which I tend to leave out, I want to annoy you, but I still care).

Panel 3: Holy shit! Jaws buckteeth just grew a few inches. I mean, I knew rattata's buckteeth grew fast, but I didn't knew they grew THIS fast!

But seriously, characters aside, the background looks pretty good. There's some actual minute detail going on there. The only problem with it are the walls. Or should I say the wall paper. You just plopped a tone on there and it makes some of the walls look flat. I would suggest you manipulate the tones to accomdate the angle we see them. This is a simple task that only takes a second to do, but it goes miles for depth.

Panel 4: And now back to flat backgrounds *sigh*. Also back to side mouths as well, and lips right up to the noses.

Now it may be your style to draw profiles this way, however that doesn't change the fact it looks bad. I mean, the second I see a side mouth, I'm taken out of enjoying the story.

Hero of Comedy: That he isn't.

Rocket0634: Yep, and it was fun drawing them again. And yeah, that is Zen finishing up his thought. I toyed with putting it on the last page but it seemed to blend the scene better somehow. In theory at least. Maybe it only made sense to me.

TeamSonicPrezREBORN: No, but they're not really saying much at the moment that would help her anyway.

Lady Darkrina: Yep, it was. And we'll be able to see a bit more of them again soon.

Crapcarp: Thanks for pointing out the first panel. That was mostly due to fill bucket abuse when I was doing the background. So I fixed it. Now it looks slightly better.

Slightly.
