I Hate That Don't you hate it when you're doing something and you realize you forgot something or to do something else? I do it all the time.

Anyways, yes, the two of them were both adopted. What? You think they look nothing alike on accident?

I experimented a little with different ways to do the word bubbles. Still needs a bit of work, but a nice change. I got some nice background tones in there so it wasn't all white. For some reason, I really wanted to use that swirl pattern in the last panel. I don't know why exactly. Just wanted an excuse to use it. Now was as good as time as any. Now I got that outta my system . . .

After drawing this page, I considered having Shellee pulled into the Pokémon world right along with Hillaree. But I decided against it. The story is already long and complicated enough as is. I didn't want to add another character into the works and figure out her deal. She'd either get in the way, be in the background, or take away the spotlight too much. So I kept the story as is with Hillaree going alone. (Sorry, Shellee!)
